v1.0.0
Jan 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Liminal's website and services. By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

About Liminal

Liminal provides structured life maps designed to support individuals through periods of life transition, including personal, professional, and identity changes.

Our maps are intended for educational and reflective purposes only.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with our programmes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

Nature of Services

Liminal does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Our maps are designed to support reflection, clarity, and personal development during life transitions. They are not a substitute for professional care or services where these are needed.

If you are experiencing significant distress or require clinical support, you should seek help from a qualified professional or appropriate service provider in your area.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

Map Access

Access to maps may be provided digitally, in person, or through a combination of formats, depending on the specific offering. Access will be granted once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of a programme, map, or related offering where reasonably necessary.

Payments and Fees

Where maps are paid services, fees will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel access where payment has not been completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our maps, courses, and related resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in any Liminal programme is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Liminal, including text, materials, frameworks, and programme content, is owned by Liminal unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially use any materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liminal is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this website or participation in any programme.
