OUR APPROACH

Finding Your Way Forward

01
Understand Where You Are
We help you make sense of what’s happening - what’s ending, what’s shifting, and why it feels the way it does.
02
Get Clear On What’s Changing
Together, we separate signal from noise so you can see what actually needs to change - and what doesn’t.
03
Move Forward With Structure
You leave with a clear direction and a way to move forward that fits your life, not someone else’s.

FAQ

You Might Be Wondering

Here are some answers to help you get clarity on what comes next.
Learn about our approach
What is the Gap Year Map?
A guided way to help you use your gap year intentionally - so you don’t drift or waste the time.
Who is this for?
Students finishing school who are taking a gap year before university, work, or deciding what comes next.
What if I don’t know what I want to do yet?
That’s completely normal. This helps you explore your options and figure out what direction feels right, without pressure.
Do I need to have plans for my gap year already?
No. You can come in with no plan at all - we help you shape the year in a way that works for you.
Is this about planning every detail of my year?
No. It’s about giving your year enough structure so it feels meaningful, without over-planning it.
How long does the programme last?
It’s designed to support you at the start of your gap year, with guidance you can use throughout it.
What is Burnout Reset?
A structured way to recover from burnout so you can rebuild your energy, clarity, and capacity before making any big decisions.
Who is this for?
Anyone feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unable to keep going in the way they have been - whether from work, life, or both.
How do I know if I’m burnt out?
If rest isn’t helping, everything feels harder than it should, and you’re running on empty most of the time, it’s likely burnout.
Is this about pushing through burnout?
No. It’s about understanding what caused it and creating the conditions to properly recover.
What actually happens in the programme?
You work through a structured process to stabilise your energy, understand what led to burnout, and rebuild in a more sustainable way.
What will I leave with?
More energy, clearer thinking, and a better understanding of how to move forward without burning out again.
What is Menopause Shift?
A structured support programme to help you navigate the physical, emotional, and identity changes that come with menopause.
Who is this for?
Anyone going through perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause who feels like things are changing and wants more clarity and stability.
What kinds of changes does this support?
Physical symptoms, emotional shifts, changes in energy, identity questions, and the sense that life feels different from before.
Is this medical or clinical support?
No. This is not medical treatment. It’s structured guidance to help you understand and navigate the transition alongside any medical care you may already be receiving.
Do I need to be in a specific stage of menopause?
No. You can join whether you are in early perimenopause, mid-transition, or post-menopause.
What actually happens in the programme?
You’re guided through a structured process to understand what’s changing, how it’s affecting you, and how to move through it with more clarity and grounding.
Will this help with symptoms?
This is not a symptom treatment programme. It helps you understand the broader transition and how to support yourself through it in a sustainable way.
